Definition:
Passes program control to immediately after the first line in the program of the form
"Lbl <label>". <label> can be any of
0 to 9,
A to Z,
\r or \theta,
except on fx7700s and older, which can only use 0 to 9.
Other information:
Seems to be bug-free, although can have strange effects when used within
looping constructs.
